Summary: They need to fix the bell or keep a staff member al the counter. I spent 3 hours this morning trying to find the attdent so I could rerenr my room

Summary: Poor lighting in room. All, every, electrical outlet in room and bathroom were cracked and loose. Good thing i brought a power surge multi outlet to plug in cpap, phone, watch, hearing aid, phone chargers...only 1 free outlet in bedroom. Need to get ahold of desk.. go to the desk. No phone in room. Vending room no cold drinks of water or soda but candy & chips. McDonalds next door.

Summary: The only good thing about this place is the beds are comfortable, we booked a room with one bed and they gave us two, when we asked to switch they told us they couldn’t do anything about it (even after I paid extra for a king bed). Our air conditioner was broken so it was insufferably hot all weekend, there were bugs in our bathroom and the sheets were dirty asf. Overall a pretty bad stay
